The release of Girl In The City Season 2 is just around the corner and the fans as well the makers are super kicked about the popular show’s ‘Chapter 2’.
Few days back, we spoke to the show’s lead actress Mithila Palkar about her character and the new episodes. Now, Girl In The City producer Anand Tiwari has weighed in on the upcoming season 2, and here’s what he has to say…
“Girl in the city chapter 2 is definitely bigger in scale,” he tells TubeScoop. “It has Meera now dealing with the big bad world of the fashion industry. She isn’t a trainee or an intern anymore. The stakes are much higher for her and so are her challenges.”
He adds, “We are also introducing two new characters to the show that will heighten the entertainment and drama for the show to the next level.”
Talking about the season 2 storyline, Anand says: “At the end of season 1 we saw Meera being confused about what to choose. Her life between Dehradun and Mumbai. Girl in the city chapter 2 kicks off with whether Meera decides to stay back in Mumbai for Rohan’s offer or go back to Dehradun with Papa Rambo and run the shop?”
Girl In The City: Chapter 2 releases this Friday, March 24th on the official Facebook page of Bindass, followed by its release on YouTube.
